仕事内容


【どんな職場?】

自動車部品製造をする工場でのお仕事です。

自動車硝子の製造・加工をお願いします。

【具体的にどんなことをするの?】

自動車の窓硝子を検査・加工します。

1.自動車ガラスへの部品組付け

2.加工された半製品の外観検査・検品

3.加工するときにできた出っ張りやギザギザの

除去(バリ取り)をし、仕上げ作業

4.小さな部品の組付け、不良品の検査

5.製品を箱へ梱包

その他、各作業台へ硝子や収納箱の供給や

完成した製品や空いた収納箱の払い出し作業など

カンタン軽作業がございます。

【何人でお仕事するの?】

一人作業がほとんどですので、モクモクと作業できます。

一部の工程のみ2名で作業します。

同じ部署の方々は30名(男女比5:5)です。

重量物の運搬や上げ下げはなく、

体力に自信のない方や女性でも活躍できる職場です。

研修中は安全確認から、工程見学を経て実際の

作業に入ります。2週間~1か月程度で

一人でできるようになる作業ばかりです。
