<仕事内容>

★年休125日★残業10h★独自の技術で地球環境に貢献する優良企業★自動車・バイク部品の製造

-具体的な仕事内容-

当社は商用車メーカー向けに、エンジン部分に搭載されるオイルクーラー・オイルフィルター・燃料フィルターのアッセンブリー製品を製造しています。

担当いただく業務は、以下いずれかの製造工程となります。

◆①部品の組立作業(ASSY工程)

治具(固定装置)に部品をセットし、位置合わせ・組付け・固定・締め付けを行う作業です。

<作業例>

アルミダイカストボディへの部品組付け、プレス機によるカシメ作業

(※接着剤やネジを使わず材料変形で固定する技術)

ナット締付け(インパクトレンチ使用・トルクレンチ使用)

※一部工程は自動締付け設備あり

◆②検査作業(品質確認工程)

組立が完了した製品の最終チェックです。

<検査内容>

外観目視検査(傷・打痕などを確認)

ゲージ勘合検査

┗部品同士が正しく噛み合うか確認

気密検査・耐圧検査

┗オイルや燃料が漏れないか確認

レーザー刻印(ロット管理)

自動画像検査設備の操作(一部ライン)

※検査設備を使用し、基準に従って実施します。

◆③製品の仕上げ・梱包

検査合格品の以下作業を担当します。

表面の最終仕上げ

梱包・箱詰め

出荷準備

※エンジン性能や燃費・耐久性に関わる重要部品です

プラモデル感覚でコツコツ組立て

・部品をセットしてポチっと組立

・電動ドライバーでネジ締め

・完成品のキズチェック(目視)

・出荷用の箱詰め など
