Professionals in the Japan DTPG Operation organization are responsible for reliably carrying out tasks such as preparing government-required reports for research and development projects funded by government grants, responding to audits, ordering subsidized equipment, and managing assets. Additionally, they play a role in the business processes necessary for executing development equipment investments across the entire Technology development organization at the Micron Hiroshima plant, supporting smooth equipment introduction and contributing to the company's development activities. In the future, ongoing skill development will be promoted, and alongside government grant-related tasks, further expansion of duties is expected, such as managing expenses for university exchange events and organizing invited lectures by university professors.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in government-funded subsidy systems, possess basic accounting knowledge, and have insights into semiconductor equipment vendors.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of reports for the government for multiple grant-funded projects
- Responding to on-site audits by the government
- Ordering subsidized equipment, managing delivery schedules, and asset management
- Affixing management seals to equipment after the start of depreciation
- Compiling and submitting technical reports to the government (for labor cost verification)
- Collecting and registering investment equipment items in the in-house system (up to pre-approval stage)
- Operating the equipment management intranet website
Qualifications
- Japanese language
- 2 year office support work for capital
- Basic Excel VBA skill
