SKI LESSONS

• Instructing group and private lessons of varying levels (as assigned).
• Making continued effort to improve personal skiing/riding skills, teaching skills and knowledge.
• Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, helpful, respectful manner.
• Reading and complying with Employee Handbook and Ski /Snowboard procedures, including grooming, dress code and behavior standards.
• Being responsible for all information from Ski School boards/WeChat/ notes and required meetings.
• Supplying personal/company ski and board equipment and maintaining it in a safe, functional and attractive condition.
• Cooperating with all other services and GO/GE within the frame of their duties.
• Looking for ways to better serve the guests, Ski School and Club Med Villages Representing Club Med spirit and values

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Maintaining safety of skier/snowboarder responsibility as top priority while skiing/riding and teaching.
• Promptly reporting any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor.
• Reporting safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor
• Following all company and department safety policies and procedures
• Operating equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.
• Respect the resort's waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
• Limit electricity and water consumption
• Respect the service's rules for dangerous products management (storage, protection equipment…)

KPI: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
CLIENT:
Respect and make efforts on GM satisfaction, responsible for ski/snowboarding safety

BUSINESS:
Provide professional ski teaching service to GM, and promote different villages services including private lesson to GM based on customer needs

PEOPLE:
Cooperate with other instructors for ski school and other service activities, work as good team player in the village.
