〇グループホームかわにし緑台にて計画作成兼介護職をお願いします。

【主な業務】

・介護計画書(ケアプラン)の作成

・利用者様、ご家族の相談業務

・ご利用者様、地域等の連携

・介護実務(身体介助、レク、外出介助)…など

※1ユニット9名様のみの介護です。(2ユニットあり)

※スタッフは、18名所属。(正社員5名、パート13名)

※食事はパウチ状のおかずを湯煎して作ります。

※記録はiPad。

※無料駐車場あり。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万4000円 〜 28万2000円

固定残業代:なし

〇介護福祉士+実践者;282,000円~

〈内訳;基本給235,000円+ベースアップ加算12,000円+職務手当20,000円+夜勤手当3回分15,000円〉

〇実務者(ヘルパー1級)・初任者(ヘルパー2級)・基礎研修修了+実践者;274,000円~

〈内訳;基本給227,000円+ベースアップ加算12,000円+職務手当20,000円+夜勤手当3回分15,000円〉

※処遇改善、ベースアップ加算、夜勤手当1回5000円×3回分込み

※夜勤は目安としていれています。(月の夜勤回数3回~4回程度)

※残業代別途支給

※交通費別途支給
