職務内容
購買申請内容の確認、発注業務、契約締結(英文契約対応含む)
競争入札・随意契約に関わる一連の事務手続き
会計検査・各種監査対応および調達関連レポート作成
調達関連規程・ルールの整備および改訂
電子入札システムの管理・運用
会計システムへの入力・運用管理
機関全体の保険制度の管理・運営
その他、調達・財務管理に付随する業務全般
理想の人材
調達または会計分野で
5年以上の実務経験
をお持ちの方
ERPなど基幹システムを用いた業務経験がある方
日本語・英語ともに高いコミュニケーション力を持ち、正確かつスピーディに業務を遂行できる方
公的調達や入札業務の経験をお持ちの方は歓迎
グローバルな環境で、ルール遵守と改善意識を持って主体的に動ける方
