POSITION SUMMARY:
Providing an exceptionally high level of customer service to all guests via face to face reception desk, phone and email queries in English and/or Japanese. Processing of bookings, reservations and cancellations including but not limited to lessons/tours and creating reservations while working in either a fast paced, busy, team environment or independently and autonomously in a solo environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to all guests via face to face, written and phone communication.
- Retailing outdoor tours and camps, creating reservations or bookings for customers.
- Responding to all guest enquiries and queries in a timely and friendly manner including email, phone and face to face.
- Monitoring the reception desk (calls, e-mail, and/or face to face) and greeting guests.
- Opening and closing duties of the office.
- Cash handling and credit card payments for tours.
- Maintaining a clean and safe reception environment through daily cleaning and maintenance of guest services facilities.
- The ability and flexibility to work both autonomously at solo desk locations and at our fast-paced team desk locations.
- Providing information to guests about Evergreen products/services, transport, the Hakuba area and the northern Japanese alps.
- The Reservations/Office Staff is responsible for the first interaction a customer has with Evergreen, whether it be a phone call, email or face to face interaction. It is imperative that we make a great first impression and portray ourselves as warm, friendly and well-informed about our company, products and services.
- Making and completing lesson/tour/camp bookings via all avenues of customer contact through phone call, e-mail, text message or in person reservation.
- Notify management if there are any risks to safety/hazards that needs immediate attention.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Due to the many variables that affect business operations, occasionally, employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility, when deemed necessary. This may include performing in any subordinate position.

電話、Eメール、対面でのアクティビティー、ツアー、アウトドアプログラム、スキーレッスン等の販売、予約、問い合わせ対応とそれに付随する一連の業務。

- 問い合わせに対する適切な返答、返信
- フロントデスクでの接客対応、案内
- レジの開け、締めを含むフロントデスクの準備、片づけレジ業務
- オフィス・フロントデスクエリアの掃除、整理整頓、管理
- 個人で能動的に、そしてチームでスピーディーに業務を遂行する能力と柔軟性
- エヴァーグリーンの取り扱い商品やサービス内容、交通機関、白馬や山々に関する情報提供
- 様々な経路を利用しての予約業務
- 関連施設での安全/危機管理上の如何なるリスクの報告追加業務
様々な要因によりオペレーションに影響が出る為、必要に応じて上記以外の業務や、主な業務範囲外での作業を求められる場合があります。
