Purpose of the Job:

To drive strategic initiatives and set a positive example. Actively seek out new opportunities, such as exploring new markets, assets, structures, etc. Provide support to the Department Head in managing internal and external processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic
    • Assess market trends and transaction risks, develop mitigation strategies, and obtain necessary approvals. Monitor existing securitization exposures while adhering to regulations and policies. Enhance operational and developmental activities with a strategic mindset. Identify and pursue new opportunities, lead projects, and support the Department Head.
  • Financial
    • Structure and execute deals to optimize returns and maintain/improve asset quality. Contribute to achieving the team's profit and KPI targets while managing exposure within established limits.
  • Customer
    • Strengthen collaboration with Relationship Managers and enhance client relationships as a Point of Contact.
  • People
    • Coach and develop the skills of junior team members to enhance overall team capabilities. Demonstrate leadership qualities while maintaining a managerial mindset.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the Banking sector
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in securitization transaction structuring or execution
  • Proficiency in Securitization Transaction Structuring and Management
  • Strong MS Office skills with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and resilience
