Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PR Manager based in Tokyo, Japan. The PR Manager will develop and implement strategic public relations initiatives to enhance Yayoi Co., Ltd.'s brand presence and reputation. Key responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, organizing press events, and overseeing strategic communications to align with company goals. The role involves fostering relationships with media partners and stakeholders, as well as delivering clear and compelling messages. While the position is based in Tokyo, there is flexibility to work from home part-time.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Press Releases and Media Relations, with proven experience in drafting and managing press communications.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Strategic Communications and the development of communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
