【 仕事内容 】

・プロジェクトの推進・システムの刷新

・将来的には情報システム部の管理職

をお任せします。

《 プロジェクトについて 》

2024年12月に始動した

「全社システム将来構想プロジェクト」は

外部専門家のコンサルティング支援を受け

最適な全社システムの将来像を描きます。

《 具体的には… 》

✿ 外部コンサルタントの支援を受けながら

経営層や各部門、関係会社へのヒアリング。

✿ 双葉グループのシステム化計画を策定。

  • まずは…

・要望と実態調査を実施し、

システムの全体像を描きます。

しかし、1度に全てのシステム化は難しい

ため優先順位を設定し、計画を立てます。

優先度の高い部分のシステム要件をまとめ

RFP(Request for Proposal)を作成、

各関係者へ提案を依頼。

集まった提案内容を吟味して、

開発・発注先を選定します。

  • その後…

システム開発・導入フェーズへ移行します。

求めている人材


【必須条件・スキル】

・システムエンジニアの経験(要件定義の実施等)

※実務経験5年以上

【歓迎条件・スキル】

・システム導入プロジェクトの経験(要件定義の実施等)

・プロジェクトや組織のマネジメント経験

・基幹システム(ERPパッケージ等)の企画・運用経験

・システム仕様書、要件定義書の作成スキル
