  • 作業内容

===============

【主な流れ】

・屋外工事(配線・引き込み)

近くの電柱から建物へ、光ファイバーケーブルを敷設する

・屋内工事(配線・開通設定)

お客様のご自宅でのインターネット回線の個別宅内工事

【具体的には】

最初は、先輩のサポート作業から始めます。

  • 光ファイバーケーブルを集合住宅や戸建てに引き込む
  • 配管や天井裏などにケーブルを敷設する
  • ケーブルをまとめたり固定したりする
  • 片手で扱える受信機器を取り付ける
  • レベル測定

※工期は1日~2日で終わるのもあれば、2~3週間入る現場もあります。

遅出・早帰りなどあり

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2500円 〜 41万2100円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万7500円 〜 8万7900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与は経験・能力を考慮の上決定

1年で年収が80万円UPした社員も

2年目に年収150万円UPの例もあり

電気工事士は国家資格で

有効期限もないため、若手から

何十年と必要とされ続けることが可能。
