仕事内容:

在日米軍基地内の学校施設における冷凍・空調設備の保守管理業務をお任せします。

【具体的には】

・学校施設内のHVAC-R設備の定期的な点検・メンテナンス・フィルター清掃等(厨房設備含む)/原則日中作業

・冷却水循環装置、エアハンドリングユニット、直接膨張式ユニット、スプリットユニット、循環ポンプ、熱交換器などの定期的なメンテナンスと修理

・呼びだし待機(ローテーション)/月7-10日間程度

・冷凍空調機器・設備の保守サービス等の実務経験(3年以上)

※英語力は必要ありません。

・冷凍機械責任者(第二種~第三種)の資格

・第三種冷凍機械主任技術者

給与:

月給:25.5万円〜37万円

※見込み残業なし。残業代は1分単位で別途支給

<内訳>

基本給:220,000円〜320,000円

地域手当: 35,000円〜50,000円

・昇給 年1回(3月)

・賞与 年2回(7月・12月)
