月給 270000円 ~ 420000円

月給27万円~42万円

※経験、経歴、年齢を考慮して決定

【勤務時間】

5:45~6:00※シフト制

※夜勤あり(3交代制)

※交代頻度:1週間交代

<勤務パターン・例>

5:45~14:30

12:45~21:30

21:15~翌6:00

(休憩45分・所定労働時間8時間)

※入社直後は8:45~17:30の

勤務になる予定です

慣れてきたら徐々に交代勤務を

していただきます

【仕事内容】

ユーティリティ設備の

オペレーション、維持管理、

家屋関係設備維持管理、設備の設計の業務を

お任せ致します

【具体的には・・・】

・電気、機械、空調、給排水など

ユーティリティ設備の維持管理

・付帯設備における省エネルギー管理

・修繕計画の立案、工事管理 など

※業務遂行には国家資格の

高圧ガス製造保安責任者免状

(乙種機械 又は丙種化学特別)が必須になります

現在8名

(60代1名、50代3名、40代2名、30代2名)が

従事しています

面接時に適性を判断し

お任せする業務を決定いたします

入社後はOJTメインで指導いたします

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・国家資格:高圧ガス製造保安責任者免状

・社内工事管理、設備メンテナンスの経験

・CAD 図が作成できる方(ソフト不問)
