「部長候補」のポジションを募集することとなりました。

一般的な経理業務だけでなく、決算短信や取締役会資料の作成など

様々な業務に携われるのは、上場企業の当社ならでは。

幅広い経験を得て、ご自身のスキルをさらに伸ばしていただけます。

2~3ヶ月の研修を経た後は、部門責任者として、

マネジメントや業務効率化など、

チームをより良くする役割もお願いしていきます。

社内における財務・経理業務

具体的な仕事内容

日々発生する取引の仕訳から、有価証券報告書をはじめとする財務諸表の作成、会計監査、税務申告まで、会計、税務の一連の流れを担当していただきます。

単なる経理作業にとどまらず、決算数字をもとに分析した上での経営層へのフィードバック、業務における効率化の検討、業務フローの改善、会計税務の専門家として社内の取組みのサポートなど、当社の事業活動の土台を築き上げていく業務をリードしていただきます。

・店舗、事業所における会計処理の統轄業務

・固定資産管理の統轄業務

・決算、財務諸表の作成業務

・会計監査対応業務

財務・経理領域での実務経験が5年以上の方 学歴不問

・基本的なPCスキルを持つ方(ExcelやWord、PowerPointなど)

・財務、経理領域での実務経験5年以上

・財務、経理領域でのマネジメント経験2年以上

・社内等関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

月給50万円~57万円

※経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定

※試用期間2ヶ月間あり(勤務条件の変動なし)

給与にプラスしてもらえる手当・インセンティブ

  • 交通費支給(月3万円まで)

※車やバイクで通勤される方にはガソリン代を支給

  • 残業手当
  • 住宅手当(家賃の80%を会社負担/規定あり)

※社宅契約の方、もしくは通勤に1時間半以上かかる方が対象
