知財部員、特許実務家

スキル:クレームドラフト、特許庁対応(中間処理)ができることが必要。完全内製の経験があれば、尚可。

特許知識:特許法と実務、少なくとも日本のこれらを理解している必要がある。各国の中間処理経験があれば、尚可。

技術知識:有機化学または無機化学。好ましくは、化学物質の物理特性、半導体や表示素子の製造や適用についての知識があれば、尚可。

言語:①日本語ネーティブレベル;英語ビジネスレベル(口語コミュニケーション:Conversational level以上;文書コミュニケーション:Business level以上)。もしくは、②日本語コミュニケーションレベル;英語(口語、文書ともに)ビジネスレベル以上。
