Job Description
・Proactively address a wide range of technical challenges, including high-traffic system optimization
・Design and develop new AI-powered features aligned with the product roadmap
・Improve and maintain real-time processing and delivery infrastructure
・Work closely with a lead engineer to drive product-critical development
・Contribute to technical decision-making, standardization, and overall engineering quality
・Collaborate within a multicultural, bilingual engineering team in a global development environment

Responsibilities
・Stabilize and enhance large-scale delivery infrastructure to support high user volumes
・Develop and release new product features based on the product roadmap
・Build high-impact, reusable features driven by customer needs identified through customer-facing teams

Required Skills and Experience
・5+ years of hands-on experience in system or application development
・Experience with TypeScript and React-based frontend development
・Full-stack engineering experience covering both frontend and backend
・Ability to independently manage the full development lifecycle from requirements definition to release
・2+ years of experience conducting code reviews
・Experience writing test code and improving overall product quality
・Experience in technical decision-making, including evaluating requirements, cost, and maintainability
・2+ years of experience leading development as a technical lead for teams of 5+ members
・Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications
・Experience with Go and/or modern frontend frameworks
・Experience designing systems using Domain-Driven Design or Clean Architecture
・Experience developing gRPC APIs
・Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve development speed and quality
・Experience with infrastructure setup using cloud services and container technologies
・Business-level proficiency in English

Work Location
・Office location in a major metropolitan area in Japan (Tokyo or Osaka)
