■Your Role

The company's product has been adopted by many major SaaS providers. However, with only four full-time engineers, they are currently in the phase of building their engineering organization. Due to a lack of development personnel, they also have insufficient resources for hypothesis testing and feature design, not just for coding. In this startup phase, the company wants to welcome engineers who can focus on development while also collaborating and discussing the product's future and new features. The goal is to accelerate and stabilize business growth.

【Responsibilities】

Implementing server-side, frontend, and Chrome extension features.

Defining new feature requirements and specifications, as well as proposing and researching new hypotheses.

Developing internal tools to boost the productivity of other teams.

Building development and testing environments, and improving the efficiency of CI and testing.

Shaping the future of the product by engaging in discussions with the Product Manager and other team members.

【Communication in the Development Team】

The development team has four key communication sessions to ensure everyone is aligned and working effectively:

・Weekly Planning: This is a meeting where the team discusses the development plan for the upcoming week.

・Weekly Product Meeting: This is a session for sharing product-related information. Both the business and engineering sides participate, offering their perspectives on customer feedback and upcoming features.

・Weekly Development Meeting: Team members bring topics related to development to this meeting. It's a space for discussing technical improvements and making communication within the team smoother.

・Weekly Design Meeting: When new features are implemented, team members use this time to discuss the necessary architecture, table design, and business logic.

Practical experience in web application development (B2B/B2C)

Experience covering the entire process from requirements definition to specification development and implementation

Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs)

Experience developing using web application frameworks
