仕事内容


もりもと店舗の販売員として、接客・販売業務を主とし、店舗の運営業務を行っていただきます。

<業務内容>

  • 接客・販売、会計業務
  • 電話注文の対応
  • 品出し、包装業務
  • 納品チェック、在庫管理、発注
  • 店内清掃、売り場管理(商品レイアウトやPOP等)
  • 店舗運営に係る作業全般

初回配属先:もりもと 札幌北15条店

変更範囲:道内もりもと各店舗(※勤務地移動は通勤を考慮し面談にて確定いたします)

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1年あたり2040時間

8:00~20:00の間で実働8hのシフト制

休日休暇


週休2日制(月8~9日休のシフト)

※1年単位の変形労働制

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 19万6500円 〜 21万6900円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 7500円

※上記、一律手当は役職手当となります。

・交通費規定支給(片道2キロ以上/月上限5万円)

・扶養手当(一人あたり)3,000~5,000円/月

・賞与年2回(会社業績による/昨年実績:1.6~3ヶ月)
