【業務内容】
ヘルスケア業界におけるデジタル化を推進する。経営課題、業務課題のヒアリングや調査・分析を通じてITを活用した改善計画を立案し、改善プロジェクトの企画や、立上げ・実行支援を行う。プロジェクトの例として、DX / IT ロードマップの策定、データガバナンス戦略及び組織・IT両面での実現方法の制定、IQVIA保有のML/AIでの行動推奨機能をレバレッジとした業務変革のデザイン及び実装、生成AIを活用した新しい業務体験のPoC共同実施などを実施中。これら案件における案件の種の創出、提案感活動の実施、PMとしてのデリバリーまでを一貫して実施頂くことを期待。
【担当領域】 IQVIAの大きな強みである営業・マーケティング領域が中心。
【必須要件】
■コンサルティングファームにおける5年程度の業務経験を有し、ライフサイエンス業界に対して強い興味を有する方
■ IT領域、BPR領域でのプロジェクトマネージャー経験
■ 問題解決・ソリューション提案経験(顧客の抱える課題や、目指している目標に向けて、先進テクノロジーを用いてソリューション策定をした経験)【必須ではないが、あると望ましい要件】
■ 顧客への提案企画、提案書作成、客先プレゼン経験、室長や部長クラスとのリレーションスキル
■ 計画立案経験(ビジネスモデル構築の検討、テクノロジー構想策定、タスク設計、スケジュールおよび費用見積り経験)
■ データ基盤、BI、CRM、AI等、ITに関わる領域でのコンサルティング経験5年以上
【英語力】
ビジネスレベル必須(顧客の意思決定層(室長や部長クラス)と適切なコミュニケーションを英語ベースで取れるレベルを期待)
