仕事内容


<総合設備工事会社でのパソコンメインの事務>

営業スタッフ(14名)が入力するデータの管理・チェックを中心に、

事務全般をお任せします。

・営業データの管理/重複修正

・新聞記事などの情報発信/展開

・会議資料の作成(毎週)

・必要情報の抽出や資料作成

・指名願いに必要な情報収集

・請求書処理

・電話応対、来客応対

・その他、男性社員の指示のもと進める事務サポート業務
