- 完全個室の落ち着いた空間で、東洋医学に基づいた本格的な施術を提供しています。
- MUUでは指名数や売上金額など、数字だけで人を評価せず、お客様を想う気持ちや、業務に取り組む前向きな姿勢、協調性など、数値化できないところもしっかり評価します。
業務委託セラピストとして働く魅力
- ボディケアや足つぼ、アロマオイル、ドライヘッドスパなど幅広い施術メニューを担当していただきます。
- 全来客の8割以上がリピーターで、新規のお客様も増加中。チラシ配りや勧誘は一切ありませんので施術に集中できます。
- 勤務時間は10:00から22:00まで自由に働けます。プライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。
- 整骨院監修による充実した研修制度があり、未経験でも約1ヶ月で技術と知識を身につけられるため、初めての方でもスタートしやすいです。

【仕事内容】
アロマテラピー #ボディケア 施術を中心とした、サロン業務全般をお任せいたします。 アロママッサージ オイルマッサージ アロマセラピスト ボディケア ドライヘッドスパ 施術を通してお客様のお疲れをほぐし、心身の健康をサポートするお仕事です。 施術メニューは、ボディケア・足つぼ・アロマオイル・ドライヘッドスパなど。 定番のメニューから流行のメニューまで、幅広いメニューに対応しています。 MUUは全来客の8割以上がリピーターのお客様。口コミやネットでの集客で、新規のお客様も増加中。お断りのお客様も出てしまうほどなので、セラピストさんにチラシ配りや勧誘をお願いすることありません。 ※ノルマなし

【給与の備考】
施術歩合 施術時間60分あたり:2,300円~3,200円 各コースごとの累積施術時間が、規定の時間数を超えるたびに報酬額アップ さらに、指名が入った場合は施術歩合にプラス200円 最低保証 お店待機時間1時間ごとに1,050円~1,200円の最低保障がありますのでお客様がたとえ入らなくても委託料を一定額保障します。 ※詳細は面接時にご説明いたします。 インセンティブあり 受託時または受託後の費用負担:なし 交通費支給 ・上限額 15,000円 収入例 ・しっかり稼ぎたい方 週5日勤務×1日平均8時間勤務 月収378,800円 ・プライベートも大切にしたい方 週3日勤務×1日平均7時間勤務 月収186,500円
