化学プラントのコンストラクションリーダー(土木工事)

仕事内容


※四日市周辺の化学プラントが主要顧客であり、転勤はありません。

プライム上場企業の石原産業㈱四日市工場を始め、四日市市周辺の大手企業工場向けプラントの設計・施工管理業務を担当して頂きます。

具体的には、

・協力会社の方々が働く現場管理(安全・品質・工程管理)が主となります。

・営業活動のサポートとして見積作成業務があります。

・発注者・協力会社との調整業務も適宜あります。

・工期は1日~6か月が多く、現場とデスクワークの割合は約6:4です。

(状況に応じて変動します)

・現場事務所が設置されている現場では、直行直帰になります。

・工事規模は様々ですが、10億円を超える巨大プラント設備の新設工事も請け負います。

・自分が担当したプラントが完成していく姿を見るのは壮観です。

・担当は経験に応じて、相談の上決めていきます。

※三重県下、建設業完工高10年連続トップ10の、地元の優良企業です。

【必須条件】

①プラントや公共工事で、土木工事の施工管理経験のある方(1年以上)

②2級土木施工管理技士をお持ちの方

・パソコン操作ができる方(Excel必須)

・普通自動車免許

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間

勤務時間8:00~16:30(休憩60分)

残業無い時は、自宅に17時過ぎに帰る社員も多数います

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 37万円

固定残業代:なし

仕事の割合は、現場とデスクワーク約6:4です。

デスクワークが4割ある施工管理職は他社にはないと思います。
