主な職務内容(担当エリア 東京、神奈川 ):

  • 事業部、所属エリアの目標・戦略・戦術を理解し、業績目標達成のための自己の計画を独力で策定し、上長の確認・承認を得る
  • 計画を遂行するにあたって生じる問題点や原因を把握し、独力で課題を見出し解決策の立案、実行を行う
  • 新規もしくは大型の顧客(施設)や難易度の高い顧客(施設)に関する業務のウェイトが高い。
  • 既存の方法に加え、担当する顧客(施設)の要求事項に応じて、新しい手法を導入する。また、チームメンバーや本社並びに関連する各部門と共同して行うプロジェクトに参画する
  • 業界の動向や担当する医療機関などの情報を有しており、部門が定めるトレーニング等により必要な知識の習得を常に行う
  • 法令並びに諸規程、業界のルール等を順守し、医薬品副作用、医療機器不具合の情報収集並びに安全管理部門への報告を行う
  • 上長の指導をサポートし、効率的・効果的なチーム運営に貢献する

    • 求められる経験・スキル・知識

  • MR資格
  • 医療業界でのMRまたは営業経験(3年以上/手術室関連・医薬品の経験があれば尚可)
  • 自社製品に関連する知識(学習意欲がある方)
  • 業界の商慣習・薬事法・業界動向・医療制度等の知識
  • セリングスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル、ロジカルシンキングスキル、課題抽出、顧客との交渉力、戦略立案スキルなど
