Accountabilities
- Own and elevate brand identity across all channels.
- Develop marketing campaigns that support company goals.
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Produce high-quality content for various platforms.
- Plan editorial calendars and oversee social publishing.
- Build and maintain the digital presence of company executives.
- Plan and optimize marketing funnels with strong CTAs.
- Leverage AI tools for content production and research.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success managing brand presence and social media.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience collaborating with designers and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of digital channels.
- Ability to execute marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Solid grasp of analytics and performance tracking.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
