仕事内容:

利用者様に寄り添う訪問介護のお仕事

<具体的な業務>

・利用者様宅への訪問(中川区、中村区、港区)

・家事援助、身体援助の提供

・通院・学校送迎などの移動支援

・1日5~10件の訪問対応

・訪問書類作成・記録業務

・毎月の勉強会参加

・担当者会議での状況確認

高齢者:12人程度

障がい者:28人程度(小学生~60代)

中国の方:7人

社用車(軽自動車5台)を使用して効率よく訪問。夜勤・オンコールなしで家庭都合のお休みも取りやすく、育児中の方も安心して働ける職場です。未経験者・ブランクのある方・幅広い年代の方を歓迎しています。

【給与詳細】・基本給:200,000円~300,000円・資格手当:5,000円~10,000円・処遇改善手当:5,000円~20,000円・特定処遇改善手当:5,000円~20,000円・年末年始手当:5,000円 ※出勤した場合に限る・通勤手当:実費支給 上限50,000円/月・試用期間3ヶ月中の労働条件:変更なし・雇用期間:1年(原則更新)
