• Receive requests from customers and propose moving plans after confirming household items.
• Entry level candidates are welcome, no sales experience required.
• On-site training and sales workshops available.
• Sales area: Hachinohe City and surrounding areas.
• Company car provided for sales activities.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• No dispatch or subcontracting
• Location: Hachinohe-shi, Aomori Prefecture
• Transportation: Walking distance from Hachinohe Station (5 minutes)

Requirements:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or higher
• No specific experience, knowledge or skills required
• Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license (AT limited is acceptable)

Salary Details:

• Base Salary: ¥90,000 - ¥135,000 per month
• Performance-based allowance: ¥140,000 - ¥195,000
• Other allowances: Family allowance (¥1,000 - ¥3,000), Qualification allowance (¥1,000 - ¥5,000)

Working Conditions:

• Work Days: 21.5 days per month
• Salary Type: Monthly
• Commute Allowance: Actual expenses reimbursed (with upper limit of ¥10,000 per month)
• Salary Payment Date: 25th of the following month

Benefits:

• Salary Increase: Performance-based (up to ¥10,000 per month)
• Bonus: Twice a year (totaling 2 months' salary)
• Retirement Plan: Available after 3 years of service

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours, 8:00 - 18:00
• Overtime Hours: Average of 20 hours per month
• Break Time: 130 minutes

Leave and Holidays:

• Annual Holidays: 107 days
• Shift System: 8-12 days off per month, annual 107 days off
• Paid Time Off: 10 days after 6 months of service
