お客様サポートをメインに行っている

コールセンターでのお仕事です。

他の受付窓口から引き継いだお客様に対して、

インターネット(Wi-Fi・光回線)に関する

お申込みやご相談の対応をお任せします

※既存・新規のお客様からの受電対応です。

※インターネット回線に関するお問合せ対応です。

・Wi-Fiや光回線サービスのお申込み受付

・料金プランやキャンペーンのご案内

・工事日程やサービス内容のご説明

・お客様が安心して利用できるようサポート

勤務時間・曜日:

◆メイン:シフトパターン

・10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

・11:00~20:00(実働8時間)

※原則としてメインシフトでの

就業が必須となります。

・12:00~21:00(実働8時間)

・13:00~22:00(実働8時間)

※サブシフトでの勤務の可能性有り

シフト制による週休2日制(土日祝含む)

※研修期間中(3~5日間)は時給1365円。

※時給が1850円の期間は、

ご自身で選択するコースによって異なります。

※時給1850円終了後(最大2か月間)は、

時給1400円~1900円の間で決定致します。
