【門真営業所】支援学校の送迎バス運転手募集平日のみ
支援学校のスクールバス運転士
「残業無し」必ず16:30頃にお仕事は終わります
たくさんのルートがあるわけではなく、一つの決まったルートをお任せするので
たくさん覚える必要はありません。
また、力仕事が多くはありませんので年齢を気にされなくても大丈夫
必ず添乗員が同乗しますので運転に集中できます。
安心・安全が第一、絶対時刻通りに走らなくても大丈夫。
運行が遅くなる場合も、同乗している添乗員が連絡対応します。

【仕事内容】
支援学校のスクールバス運転手として、「朝の通学時間」と「夕方の下校時間」の生徒さんの送迎をお願いします。
当社は学校送迎バスの運行をメインに行っています。
仕事は安定的にあるので毎月およそ決まったお給料がもらえるのも魅力です。
また、担当する学校が決まっているので路線バスのように複数のルートを覚えて頂く必要はありません。
生徒さんの介助や見守り作業は同乗する2名の添乗員さんが行いますので運転だけに集中して頂ける点も魅力です。
- 定年退職後の60歳・70歳以上のドライバーさんが多数活躍中
学校のスケジュールと同じなのでお孫さんとの時間も大切にできます。

【長期休暇】
春休み(2週間程度)
夏休み(1ヶ月程度)
冬休み(2週間程度)
- 休憩時間(中休)もしっかり240分
日給制なのでお給料の心配はなく時間も有意義に使えます
【お昼の中休の使い方は「自由」です】
・自宅に帰ってゆっくり過ごす
・夕飯のお買い物に出かける
・健康のために散歩に出かける
・学校や営業所でドライバー仲間と楽しくだんらん
などなど・・・
【給与】
日給8,300円~9,600円
※運転するバスの種類により異なります
※その他、中型2種免許の方も同条件です。
※担当する学校により夏、春、冬の長期休暇があります。

【勤務時間・曜日】
(午前)6:30~9:00
(午後)13:00~16:00
※朝の通学時間と夕方の下校時間に合せて1日5時間程度の勤務となります。
【資格・経験】
- 大型二種免許
※中型二種免許でもOK(同条件)
- 年齢不問
※定年制度なし
※ハローワークでお仕事をお探しの方も歓迎
【休日・休暇】
週休2日制
【学校のお休みに合わせて長期休暇あり】
春休み(2週間程度)
夏休み(1ヶ月程度)
冬休み(2週間程度)
※就業6ヶ月経過後に10日間の有給休暇付与

- 運転手の研修について
路線バス・観光バスの経験は長くても、
支援学校等のスクールバスの経験はないという方がほとんどだと思います。
入社後いきなりスクールバスに乗って頂く事はなく、
スクールバスに慣れて頂く為の充分な研修を行います。
まずは先輩が運転する実際のスクールバスの側乗からしていただき、
支援学校スクールバスの雰囲気を感じていただきます。
その後、送迎に来られたご家族の方への挨拶や学校の先生への報告等の方法を時間をかけて覚えていただき、最終的には一つの学校の一つのコースを担当して頂き、毎日同じコースを担当して頂きます。
ルートやバス停は同乗している先輩添乗員が熟知していますので、心配ありません。
