【業務内容】
「やりたい」を叶えるADL(日常生活動作)トレーニング
食事、着替え、入浴など、日常生活に直結する動作の訓練を支援します。
「もう一度自分の足でトイレに行きたい」といった入所者様の目標に寄り添います。
【1日のスケジュール例】
9:00 夜勤帯からの申し送り確認、バイタルチェック
9:30 お一人おひとりの目標に合わせた機能訓練
11:30 食事姿勢の調整、専門職としての嚥下確認
12:00 休憩(1時間・スタッフ間で交代)
13:00 着替え・入浴など生活動作の練習
14:30 認知症予防やフレイル予防のエクササイズ
15:30 多職種連携での情報共有、電子カルテの入力
16:30 車椅子やクッションの調整、住宅改修の相談
17:00 業務終了
