仕事内容:

既存のお客様に対する水処理機器・生産設備機器のルート営業をお任せします。

【主なお仕事について】

・既存顧客への訪問、商談、見積、納品業務

・食品、化学、製紙、自動車等の中規模~大手工場やプラントメーカーとの取引

・工具やポンプなどの依頼を受け、最適な商品を探して納品

・適合商品がない場合は加工提案やカスタマイズ提案を実施

・販売と合わせて取付工事やメンテナンス業務も連携対応

【取扱商品】

各種製造工場の環境改善や省エネ化、生産効率化につながる機器、ポンプ、コンプレッサー、コンベア、ロボット、配管材料など環境・産業機器を幅広く取り扱います。

【営業スタイル】

・担当社数:1人30~50社

・1日の訪問件数:10~15件

・既存9割/新規開拓1割

・新規開拓は飛込みもありますが、テレアポ専門部隊も活用

1.働きやすい勤務条件

1日の訪問件数は10~15件程度で1人当たり30~50社を担当。8時30分~17時30分の日勤のみで残業時間も明確に管理されています。
