Annex 1やCCS、Global SOPなどにおいて、無菌性保証に関する規制要件や要求事項は、近年ますます具体的かつ専門性の高い内容へと変化しています。これらの規制や要求事項を正しく理解し、現状とのギャップ分析を行ったうえで、是正活動を通じて要求事項を確実に実現することが求められています。
このような背景を踏まえ、ワクチンQualityでは無菌性保証活動に主に従事する「ワクチン無菌性保証グループ」を2024年11月に新設しました。
本グループでは、グローバル関連部門やGQ-SAグループとの継続的なコミュニケーションも利用して、無菌性保証の概念や、重要な要素である環境モニタリングの要求事項についてグローバル水準での理解を深めています。さらに、実務を通じてこれらの要求事項を着実に実現することで、高い水準で製品の無菌性を保証し、患者様、社会に貢献することができます。
職務内容:
無菌性保証に関連するGuide line, GMP, 国内外規制要件, Global 文書とLocal SOPのGap分析を行いCAPA立案および実行するため製造部、関係部門と連携してGapの是正に参加する。
CCRのSMEとしての変更内容の評価:
変更による製品無菌性・要求事項に対する影響評価を行う。
査察や監査の際にSMEとして環境モニタリング業務の内容を説明し、指摘事項等に対するCAPA対応時に理論的、技術的支援を行う。
環境モニタリング結果のトレンドのレビューとトレンド改善のための戦略を立案し実行する。
環境モニタリングのトレンド状況について製造部門へ説明を行う資料を作成する。
環境モニタリング適格性・再適格性評価の計画立案と実行に向けて関係部門と調整を行う。
無菌性保証・環境モニタリングに関わる技術的な情報を収集し、必要に応じて展開・実行を上申する。
APSや逸脱発生時に製造エリアでの調査のための現場Walkに参加して原因調査に寄与する。
生菌数逸脱改善活動の実行計画を立案する

高校卒業以上
実務経験:
環境モニタリングでのサンプリング業務、EMRA/EMPQ/EMRQの経験、無菌環境での業務経験
スキル:
Trackwise, VeevaなどのQuality systemの使用経験、MS office(Excel, Word, Power Point)の使用経験
資格:
特になし
語学:
TOEIC 500以上が望ましい。 英語能力の強化のための取り組みを行っていること
