The company provides technical support for the development of next-generation mobility services for Japan's leading automotive companies. It employs over 100 industry-leading MBD (Model-Based Development) engineers who excel in mathematics and physics. The company specializes in contract development that utilizes models for simulation.

【Position Highlights】

■Aim to Become a Highly Marketable MBD Engineer

・You can learn the company's proprietary MBD (Model-Based Development) curriculum—the standard methodology for automotive software development, which is not sold externally—through the post-joining training period.

・Based on the knowledge you acquire, you can hone practical skills in the field of simulation development and aim to become a highly marketable MBD engineer.

・You can be involved in launching next-generation mobility services at leading Japanese corporations.

【Responsibilities】

As a contract development engineer, the individual will be responsible for the following duties, focusing on SDV (Software Defined Vehicle)—automotive development that integrates software.

■Training Period

・Acquisition of MBD (Model-Based Development) simulation technology using the company's proprietary teaching materials (up to 2 months).

・Understanding of specific technologies required for the job through OJT (On-the-Job Training) (approximately 1 month).

■Post-Assignment

・Contract development in MBD and programming.

・Simulation utilization using HILS (Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation).

【 Requirements】

【Required】

・1+ years of professional work experience in the private sector

・Team-oriented with experience collaborating on projects

・Ability to communicate in Japanese while performing duties

・Proficiency in one of the following areas: mathematics, physics, programming, or simulation (including academic experience)

【Preferred】

・1+ years of contract development experience

・1+ years of simulation work experience

・1+ years of programming work experience

・1+ years of MBD work experience

【Holidays】

Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), New Year's holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week holidays, annual paid leave, refreshment leave, anniversary leave, etc.

121 days off per year (2024 actual)
