ビルやマンションの清掃現場で、

現場スタッフさんのサポートと、

それに付随する管理業務をお任せします。

勤怠管理(シフト作成)

掃除用具や備品・資材補充

収支管理・事務作業

ビルオーナーさまのお打ち合わせ など

現場は大阪市内が中心

  • 八尾・三宮など片道1時間以内の

範囲に10~15現場あり

「今日は東大阪の現場があるから、

帰りに天王寺のビルに寄ろう」など、

それぞれの裁量で、行動スケジュールに

現場を組み込んだり、変更することも

( 現地までの交通費は実費支給 )

入社後の流れ

もともと清掃パートから正社員に転身した

現場をよく知っている先輩Sさん(37歳)の

サポートからはじめてもらって、

一連の流れを理解していただきます。

  • ただの会話、されど会話。

「 現場に資材を補充するだけなら、

月に1度、出向くだけで充分。

……最初はそんな風に思っていました。 」

そう語るのは先輩のSさん。

担当してる現場の清掃スタッフさんが、

なかなか心を開いてくれていないような…?

ぎこちなさを感じると、上長に相談。

すると…

「用事がなくても、会いに行くんだよ。」

と、言われたそうです。

そこで、別現場でのアポイントの合間に

その現場に行く頻度を増やしたり、

積極的に声をかけるようにしたところ、

パートさんから話しかけてくれるようになり

いつの間にか壁がなくなっていたそう

その日以来、パートさんや現場に対して

「会話」を心がけるようになりました。

例えば…

「さんは、お掃除の仕方が丁寧だって

先方から褒められましたよ」

「本当ですか?嬉しいなぁ。

これからもしっかり頑張ります」

というような、何気ないやりとりも

結果として新しい業務をいただけるような

基本、平日勤務(カレンダーによる)で、

残業ほぼなし、現場終了直帰で

18:00には自宅…という場合も

さらに【完全週休2日制】なので、

ゆくゆくはご自身でシフト管理や

休日管理もおこなってただけますので、

融通が利かせやすいのも特徴です
