【職務概要】

常駐での現場管理ではなく、オフィスワークを主体に現場確認、施工図チェックといった業務をしていただきます。

【職務詳細】

■本社事務所を起点に担当現場を管理 (巡回管理)※担当現場4~5件

■施工計画の作成、図面チェック

■現場の管理、運営のほか、会社への進捗報告

■施主、設計事務所との打ち合わせ、下請け業者との打ち合わせ

スタンダード上場企業の総合不動産ディベロッパーのグループ会社の企画する建物を請負、工程・品質の管理を行います。3~4名のチームで本社を中心に動くため、土日祝日には基本的に休みを取ることができ、平均的な月間の残業時間も30時間以内です。

他社の現場監督を経験した40代~50代の社員からも、仕事以外の自分の時間が持てるようになったと、働きやすさを実感していただいています。

【必須】

■マンション(RC、SRC、S造)の施工管理経験をお持ちの方

■一級建築士もしくは一級建築施工管理技士 必須

■現場所長経験がある方。

用地取得から、投資用賃貸マンションの一棟販売を主体とする明豊エンタープライズの子会社である明豊エンジニアリングは、親会社の企画した投資用賃貸マンションシリーズのミハス・エルファーロの建設工事を請け負う事を事業主体として設立した会社です。

都内を中心に、3~5階建てのWRC造(壁式RC構造)やS造(鉄骨造)の建設を行っています。また、同じグループ企業である明豊プロパティーズの管理する賃貸マンションで発生する修繕や、オーナー様からの改修工事依頼の対応も行っています。

【給与】

年収:800万~950万程度

月給制:月額540000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回※直近2年間の平均は5ヶ月分

昇給:年1回(10月)
