As Astellas continues to grow and expand into new markets, this specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle in over 50 countries. The role reports to the Workforce Services Team Lead and collaborates closely with the People Services team, across the broader HR function, and directly with the business.
This Specialist is a key contributor to the continuous improvement of how Astellas provides HR services to managers and employees.
