【お仕事内容】

訪問看護スタッフとして

障がいのある方の入所施設にて、

入居者様の健康管理をお願いいたします。

1施設に常駐して移動はなしです。

・バイタルチェック

・お薬の管理、指導

・通院同行

・健康診断時のサポート など

難しい医療行為は無し

介助業務もありません

〜⾼度な医療技術は⼀切必要ナシ〜

主な仕事は夜間の⾒守りや、

利⽤者様のバイタルチェックや服薬管理、

簡単な医療ケアです。

医療機関と⽐べ、処置を繰り返すことや

バタバタと動きまわることもないので、

実務経験の浅い⽅や

ブランク明けの⽅も安⼼して働けます。

もちろん、お仕事に慣れるまでは

スタッフみんなでしっかりフォローするので

いつでも周りを頼ってください

・正看護師資格

・精神病棟または精神科外来に勤務した経験を1年以上有する

もしくは精神保健に関する研修を修了している方
