経理マネージャーは、ホテルの財務経理の日常業務を監督し、すべての業務が円滑かつ効率的に遂行されるようにする責任を担っています。すべての業務が定められた基準に従って遂行されるよう、スタッフに明確な指導とサポートを行います。
財務経理ディレクターと密接に協力しながら、経理マネージャーはホテルの様々な部署とオーナーとの間でやり取りされる財務書類の作成と管理を支援し、正確性と会社の方針および手順への準拠を保証します。
経理マネージャーの主な責任は、割り当てられた範囲内で人的・物的資源を効果的に管理し、すべての活動がホテルの財務方針の枠内で行われるようにすることです。この職務は、財務の健全性を維持し、リソースを最適化し、ホテルの財務目標の達成に貢献することで、ホテルの目標をサポートする上で重要な役割を果たします。
主な職務
日常業務の指揮:日々の財務活動を監督し、経理、財務プロセスの円滑な運営を確保する。
売掛金/買掛金管理:未払費用と売掛金/買掛金を管理し、正確さとタイムリーな処理を保証する。
月次/四半期/年度末会計:月次、四半期、期末決算の準備と締めを含む、正確な財務記録を確保する。
キャッシュフロー管理:キャッシュフローを監視・管理し、業務上のニーズを満たす流動性を確保する。
監査管理:必要に応じて外部監査に対応し、税務申告を支援する。
主な責任
1.チームのリーダーシップ:
経理チームを指導・管理し、明確な指導とサポートを提供する。
定期的なチームミーティングとスタッフとの1対1のミーティングを実施し、パフォーマンスと能力開発を把握する。
2.他部門との協力:
他部門(営業、オペレーションなど)との効果的な協力関係を育み、円滑な財務報告と意思決定を促進する。
必要なスキル
財務諸表の作成:貸借対照表、損益計算書、キャッシュフローレポートのレビュー、分析能力。
監査経験:監査プロセスおよび税務申告に関する基本的な知識。
マイクロソフトオフィススキル:Excel(上級)、Outlook、Teams(コミュニケーションおよびレポーティング用)に習熟していること。
コミュニケーション:部署を超えた明確なコミュニケーション。
ビジネス英語力、歓迎。
経験
財務管理を中心とした経理業務経験2~5年以上
ホテルやホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可だが、必須ではない
監査や税務申告の経験があれば尚可。
待遇その他
月額給与:400,000~583,000円 ※ご経験・スキル等により応相談。※シニアマネージャーとして採用の場合は別途。
インセンティブ:支給は会社業績による。
手当:通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(深夜等)
