楽天銀行のシステム本部は、基幹業務システムからiPhone/Android向けユーザアプリケーションまで幅広く企画、開発、運用保守などシステムに関する仕事の全てに携わる事ができる部門です。システムはすべてオープン系で、オープンソーステクノロジーも積極的に採用しています。社会インフラである銀行事業の成否を左右するITという重要な職責を担うと同時に、その醍醐味も味わうことができます。

募集背景
事業の成長に伴い、楽天銀行のスマートフォンアプリの開発を担うAndroid/iOSネイティブアプリエンジニアを募集しています。
経験・能力のある方には、開発をリードできるエンジニアリーダーをお任せします。
業務内容
担当サービスの新規、または既存機能の設計・開発・テスト・リリースの実施
ビジネス要件の優先順位を理解し、限られたスケジュールで高品質のサービスを実現、提供
担当サービスのサービスレベル向上、改善の実施
社内及び外部ベンダーとの交渉
必須要件:
iOS(Objective-C/swift)またはAndroid(Java/Kotlin)でのネイティブアプリの開発経験(5年以上)
Android Studio/Gradle/Xcode/Gitなどの各種ツールを用いた開発経験(3年以上)
HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQueryの基礎知識
パフォーマンス、保守性、セキュリティを考慮したコーディング、レビュー経験
ロジカルシンキング及びマルチタスク能力
積極性および主体性
歓迎要件:
金融システムにおける業務設計経験
WebAPIを使って、サーバ送受信を行うアプリの開発経験(3年以上)
コンシューマー向けサービスの開発・運用経験
Webアプリケーションの設計・開発経験
分散開発経験
Agile開発経験
CI(継続的インテグレーション)を用いた開発経験
リードエンジニア経験
新しいサービスや技術に対する好奇心、チャレンジ精神
