これまでのキャリア
入社のきっかけは、転職活動中にダスキン鳥山支店で営業のアルバイトをしたことでした。実はダスキンのことはよく知らなかったのですが、私の仕事の頑張りを上司や仲間が自分ごとで喜んでくれる温かさに感動したことが、ずっと心に残っていました。
その後、別の会社に就職したのですが「ダスキンで働きたい」という思いが強くなり、2022年4月からダスキン高松支店に再度アルバイトで入社しました。その後、「正式に社員試験を受けてみないか」と勧められ、現在に至ります。
入社後も「利己的よりも利他的に」というスタンスや経営理念、上司や管理職、社長すらも「さん」付けで呼んで、全ての従業員を対等に扱う社風…など共感できるところが多く、さまざまな姿勢の面で、働ける喜びを感じています。
仕事の楽しさ・やりがい
現在は、ホームサービスの営業専任リーダーとして、スタッフの育成と管理、数値の分析などを担当しています。自分自身も現場に出て、皆さんのフォローをしつつ一緒に営業活動をしています。大変なのは、訪問時のリスク。トラブルに巻き込まれたり、それが原因の退職を避けるため、スタッフのケアやコミュニケーションは最重要視し、フォローしています。
やりがいを感じるのはお客様に喜ばれる瞬間です。「使って良かった」と言われるとうれしいですね。チーム全員の頑張りが実り、結果が出ることもそうです。自分の経験上、アルバイトスタッフの気持ちがよく分かるので、頑張れば報いがあること、その楽しさをみんなで感じて欲しい、と思いながら仕事をしています。
またスタッフの年齢層は50代~60代と高く、「今宮のおっちゃんズ」とも呼ばれています(笑)自分の親よりも年上ですし、最初は気を遣いましたが、次第にもっと腹を割って話すほうがいいと気付きました。今では年齢も超越し、和気あいあいという雰囲気です。
プライベートのこと
休日は、お弁当のために料理を作り置きしています料理はweb動画やSNSを見て、気になったものにチャレンジ。始めると徹底したくなるので、かなり力を入れています。
また、剣道も好きで、小学生の頃から20年以上続けています。剣道は大会を目標に練習していても、本来の目的は人間形成です。ダスキンでの仕事と共通するところがあるかもしれませんね。ダスキン高松支店にいた頃は仕事終わりに通っていた道場で子どもたちの指導もしていました。
子どもたちに「ダスキンって何の会社なの」と聞かれ、ハロウィーンやリスマスにドーナツやお掃除道具をプレゼントしたことも。大阪へ来てからは、大阪城にある道場に出稽古に行く程度になりましたが、月に1、2回は通ってリフレッシュしています。
