学術情報営業部は、生命科学、革新的材料開発、気候変動、防災レジリエンスなど、社会課題の解決に直結する最先端領域を担う研究機関や大学、さらに内閣府防災・気象庁を担当しています。

【職務概要】
アカウント顧客を担当し、顧客の課題やニーズを把握するために必要な情報を収集・分析します。上司やチームリーダーの指示を仰ぎながら、日立社内のソリューション(IT・OT・プロダクト)と外部のソリューションを組み合わせた提案活動を行い、受注に繋げる業務です。
具体的には、以下の業務を行います:
・顧客ニーズの把握: 顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じて、課題やニーズを明確にし、適切なソリューションを提案します。
・人的ネットワークの構築: 営業部門だけでなく、社内外に広く人的ネットワークを構築し、情報共有や協力を促進します。
・ソリューションの理解: 日立内やグローバルに展開されるソリューションを理解し、顧客に最適な提案を行います。
・ビジネス拡大への貢献: 既存ビジネスの事業拡大や成長領域の新規ビジネス獲得に向けた活動を推進します。
この役割を通じて、顧客の期待を超える価値を提供し、持続可能な成長を実現することを目指します。

アカウントマネジメント: 新製品・サービスの提案計画を策定・実施し、お客様の問い合わせに対応。
顧客ニーズの明確化: 顧客訪問や打合せで情報を収集し、ニーズに沿った情報提供。
営業提案: 最適な製品・サービスソリューションを提案し、案件獲得に努める。
継続的改善: 既存業務の見直しと改善点の特定。
コンプライアンス: 組織の方針や規範に従い業務を遂行。

【働く環境】
�配属組織/チームについて:
配属組織にはマネージャを中心に約5〜9名のメンバーが在籍。
2-3名が1チームとなり、アカウントのお客様並びに新規領域への提案活動を担当。
顧客からの依頼事項への対応や提案に際しては、上司やチームメンバー、技術者と相談しながら解決策や最適なソリューションを検討。
�働き方について:
在宅勤務と拠点勤務、お客様先への出張を組み合わせた勤務。
出社頻度は6割が在宅、4割が拠点・顧客先への出張。

- 資格
・ITパスポート(もしくはITに関する基礎知識をお持ちの方)
- 業務経験
以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・IT商材の営業経験(目安:2年以上)
・顧客折衝を伴うSE業務経験(目安:2年以上)

・大学、研究機関向けIT商材の営業経験(目安:2年以上)
