仕事内容:
大手半導体メーカーの工場において、半導体製造装置の導入・設置に関わるスタートアップエンジニア業務です。
具体的な作業内容
装置の据付(すえつけ)
新しく導入される半導体製造装置を、工場の指定された場所に運び込み、正確な位置に設置・固定します。
設置に伴うレベル出し(水平調整)や、装置と工場側の設備(配管、電源など)の接続作業を行います。
配線業務
装置内部や、装置と工場側設備の間を、電気配線や制御ケーブルで接続する作業です。
配線図に基づき、ケーブルの長さを調整し、端子処理、および配線の固定を行います。
ネジ締め・工具使用
レンチやスパナなどの工具を使用し、部品や配線を正確なトルクでネジ締めし、機器を固定する作業が頻繁に発生します。
検査(動作確認・調整)
装置の設置・配線完了後、電源を入れて*試運転(スタートアップ)*を行います。
センサーやモーターなどが設計通りに動作するか、異常がないかをチェックし、必要に応じて動作タイミングなどの調整を行います。
PC操作
装置の制御ソフトウェアの立ち上げや、動作ログデータの取得、作業内容の報告書作成などをパソコンで行います。

・パスポート取得済もしくは取得可能な方(海外出張業務ある為)

・BNXT請負工程へ無期雇用派遣
【試用期間】
・3ヶ月(202,400円/月)
