【仕事内容】

プリント基板製造に関わる生産管理業務をお任せします。

■具体的な業務

・生産スケジュールの調整・管理

・見積対応、納期管理、顧客折衝(電話・メール)

・社内作業者との連携・進捗管理

・スケジュール調整や品質確認などの現場マネジメント

<入社後の流れ>

1年間程度、現場管理者としてOJT形式で業務習得していただきます。

その後は基板事業部の中核メンバー・経営層としての活躍を期待します。

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

8:30~17:40(実働8時間/休憩70分)

残業:月平均20時間程度

年間休日120日(土日祝休み)

・週休2日制(土日祝)

・GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり

・年間有給休暇:10日〜20日(入社半年経過後)

月給:30万円 ~ 42万円(年収420万 ~ 588万円)

昇給:あり(年1回/前年度実績0.05~0.20%)
