当社にて『営業(リノベーション、増改築)』をお願いします。

モデルハウスやWEB等を通じてお問い合わせ頂いたお客様に対して、ご要望のリノベーションニーズの実現へ向けたトータルサポートを行います。

中古住宅の取得、二世帯同居などライフスタイルの変化、耐震性の強化、暑さ寒さ対策などのリノベーションニーズをお客様にヒアリングし、インスペクション、プランニング、お見積り、ご契約など技術営業のプロセスを担当して頂きます。

【チーム制】

1組のお客様にそれぞれ、「営業」「設計」「施工管理」の専任スタッフがチーム制で対応します。

月給:200,000円~320,000円

年収:3,600,000円~8,500,000円

※別途、通勤手当、住宅費補助等各種手当

  • モデル年収

・賞与は平均値

・家族・住宅・通勤・残業手当等、個人の状況で変動する手当除く

未経験中途入社・目標粗利100%達成:約450万円

勤務時間

  • 9:00~18:00(休憩1時間含む)

  • 残業ほぼなし(月平均11時間)※2022年度実績

  • 育児・介護時差出勤制度あり

  • 有休は時間単位で利用可(上限あり)

・毎週水・日休み(週休二日制)

・平均8~9日休み/月

・年間休日107日(就労カレンダーに基づく)

求める人材/能力

【必須スキル】

・普通自動車運転免許

・建築士(一級、二級)

・建築施工管理技士(1級、2級)

(以下のいずれかの実務経験)

・住宅建築業界での設計、プランニング、積算、施工管理等の実務経験

・リフォーム経験者や工務店などで

一通りの工程を経験

・設計事務所等で設計経験

・住宅不動産営業の経験者で、CADの使用経験がある方
