【お仕事内容】

利用者さんの日常生活を支えるサポート業務です。

食事・入浴・移動の介助や、レクリエーション、会話のお相手など、

利用者さんが安心して過ごせるように寄り添うお仕事です。

入社後の流れ

まずは先輩スタッフのサポートからスタート

  • 1日の流れを一緒に確認
  • 利用者さんのお名前や性格を覚える
  • レクリエーションやお茶の時間に同席

段階を踏んで少しずつ業務を覚えられます。

約9割のスタッフが未経験からスタートしており、

「最初は声かけの仕方すら分からなかった」という方も、

今では利用者さんから名前で呼ばれるほど信頼されています。

・9:30~15:30

上記時間内で応相談可

1日3h~OK

週3日~OK

※休憩時間は6時間以上の勤務の場合1時間

上飯田駅から徒歩10分程度

給与:

・経験手当あり(年1回10円UP)
