Third Intelligenceでは、現在主流となっているTransformerアーキテクチャに留まらない、次世代のAIアルゴリズムの研究開発に取り組んでいます。
これらの研究成果を、自社サービスとして社会に実装することを見据え、「遍在型AGI」というコンセプトのもと、研究開発体制の強化を進めています。
2026年1月に完了した初回の資金調達ラウンドでは、研究開発および人材・計算機資源への投資を目的とした100億円の資金調達を実施しました。
また、共同創業者 兼 Chief Scientistとして松尾豊教授が参画しており、松尾研究所からカーブアウトした企業として、研究資産や知見を活用しながら事業を推進しています。
基盤技術の研究と、将来的なプロダクト・サービスへの接続を両立させるため、Research Scientistとして中長期視点で研究テーマに取り組んでいただける方を募集しています。
【仕事内容・職務内容】
独自AIの中核となる機械学習アルゴリズム、推論機構、およびマルチモーダル技術の研究を行っていただきます。
Research Engineerと密に連携し、研究成果をプロダクトとして最短でプロトタイプへと導いていただくことを期待します。
【具体的な業務内容】
機械学習・深層学習分野における新規アルゴリズムやモデルの研究
大規模言語モデルを含む基盤モデルの設計・改善に関する研究開発
既存手法の検証・評価および課題整理
仮説立案から実装・検証までの研究プロセスの推進
Research Engineerやプロダクトチームと連携した技術検討
社内外の研究成果・技術動向の調査および知見の共有
【必須経験】
AI関連の研究分野における修士号以上の学位
国際的なトップカンファレンスでの主著者としての論文採択実績
もしくはこれらに相当する実績

大規模分散システムまたはHPC環境下でのAI学習・実験設計・最適化に関する深いエンジニアリング的知見
AI開発倫理・AI安全性(AIアラインメント)、または関連分野における安全性確保に関する研究実績
英語による高度な学術的議論および論文作成能力
