仕事内容


映画館の番組編成スタッフとして、

上映スケジュールの作成や配給会社との調整業務を担当します。

作品の特性やお客様の動向、劇場の特性を踏まえ、

「どの映画を、どの時間帯・スクリーンで上映するか」を決定。

映画館の売上や集客に直結する、責任とやりがいのある仕事です。

【具体的には】

・新作映画の公開情報の把握

・上映回数、時間帯、スクリーンの割り振り

・配給会社との条件調整、特別上映の対応

・データ分析をもとにした編成判断

・各劇場との連携、情報共有

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・25歳~35歳(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり6時間 〜 10時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

  • 変形労働時間制適用(1ヶ月単位)

※1ヶ月以内の期間を平均して1週40時間以内になるよう各日の労働時間を設定

  • 勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩時間1時間00分)

※残業は基本月20時間以下

休日休暇

  • 年間休日120日

※原則として完全週休二日制、休日出社の場合は平日に振休取得

  • 有給休暇あり(10日)

※入社から6ヶ月後、勤務条件80%以上で付与

基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
