仕事内容
建築施工管理(自社Gの工場・オフィスなど)/土日休み/アイシングループ/愛知
【仕事内容】
グループ会社や関連企業の事務所・生産施設、教育・厚生施設、医療・福祉施設、集合住宅などの新築、増築、改修工事における建築施工管理業務を行って頂きます。
【トヨタ系アイシングループ/多角的な事業展開で業績安定/残業防止の取り組みに注力】
【具体的には】
アイシングループの工場施設、自社施設の建築施工管理業務を担当します。
・製造系工場における建物メンテナンス
・保全計画の立案及び施工管理
・新設プラントの施工管理

【年収例】450万円~600万円 (例:27歳~49歳)【月収例】257,000円~33万円 (例:27歳~49歳)※経験・年齢・スキルを考慮し同社規定により決定致します。※残業代別途支給賞与:年2回昇給:年1回【年収例】810万円/主事補(月給35万円+賞与+諸手当(時間外・家族・資格・現場)630万円/主任(月給28万円+賞与+諸手当(時間外・家族・資格・現場)
