*職務について:*
CBREのファシリティ・コーディネーターとして、クライアント、業者、そして契約会社と連携し、施設に関するタスクや作業依頼(ワークオーダー)が確実に完了するよう調整します。
この職務は、ファシリティマネジメント分野に属し、資産運用のあらゆる側面に関わり、プロパティマネージャーを修繕対応や投資計画面で支援する役割を担います。
*主な業務内容:*
- 貸主、借主、サービスプロバイダーと連携し、すべての手続き、ポリシー、報告フォーマットが適切に実施・認識されるよう確保する。
- クライアントからの問い合わせを受け、作業依頼(ワークオーダー)を収集する。
- 各種レポートを収集し、パフォーマンスや進捗状況を把握する。
- ワークオーダー、提案書、部署ファイル、業者から提出されるその他の書類を整理・管理する。
- 廃棄物処理やリサイクルなど、建物外で行われる活動を監視する。
- 指示書、短い文書、メモなどを理解し、必要に応じて確認の質問を行う。
- クライアント、同僚、上司からの一般的な問い合わせや苦情に対応する。
- 既存の手順に基づき、単純な問題を解決し、裁量権は限定的。
- 明確に定義された業務内容・方法・タスクに従って業務を遂行する。
- 近い指示・監督のもと、定められた手続きやプロセスに沿って自身の成果物を提供する。
*応募要件:*
- 高校卒業または同等資格(GED)、および関連業務経験2年以内。
- 基本的な業務手順・基準に従って業務を進める能力。
- 明確でシンプルな情報交換ができるコミュニケーション能力。
- Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Outlookなど)の基礎的な使用スキル。
- 強い組織力と探求心のあるマインドセット。
- 基本的な数学スキル(割合、割引、マークアップなどの簡単な計算ができる)。
