仕事内容:

茨城工場での技術職として、工業用ゴム製品に関する技術業務全般をご担当いただきます。新しい材料の選定・評価では営業からの依頼に基づき社内で使用可能な材料を調査し、試作や評価を実施。環境規制への対応では環境関連法令や規制に基づく材料・製品情報の確認と必要書類の作成を行います。製品品質の管理では工場製品・材料の試験・検査を実施し、品質基準への適合確認や不具合時の原因解明・改善策検討も担当。お客様対応では製品評価や不具合対応の依頼に対し、チーム一丸となって解決に取り組みます。

・高卒以上(理工系の学部・学科出身者歓迎)。

・普通自動車運転免許(第一種)をお持ちの方

・環境規制(ROHS、REACH など)への対応経験がある方。

・材料や化学に関する基礎知識がある方(ゴムやウレタンの知識があれば尚可)。
