仕事内容
基軸とする革新的な大規模ゲノム改変技術の研究開発担当
株式会社Logomixはゲノム編集技術プラットフォームであるGeno-Writing?をベースに、
ヒトやバクテリアの創薬・高機能化・物質生産に取り組む合成生物学ベンチャー企業です。
その同社の事業の軸ともなる独自ゲノム大規模構築技術「Geno-Writing? Platform」の研究開発を担当いただきます。
具体的には、弊社の一つの部門であるゲノムエンジニアリングチームのチームリーダーの下で、
Platformを構成する技術(ゲノムの設計、合成、大規模改変)のうち、
特に大規模改変の研究開発を担当いただきます。
GP-write(Genome Project-write)やSc2.0(Yeast Genome Synthesis Consortium)といった、
合成生物学(Synthetic Biology)の国際的なKOLが一同に参画する国際KOLコンソーシアムにも参画中であるため、
最先端のゲノム大規模構築技術に触れることが出来ます。
資格
【必須】
・PhD取得者、もしくは同等の研究経歴を持つ方
(修士卒でも、企業で類似研究業務に3年程従事した経験があればOK)
・ゲノム編集技術を用いた研究立案の経験のある方(研究補佐員や技術員として実験補佐をした経験のみの方は対象外)
・協調性のある方
・最先端ゲノム工学技術を用いた新産業創出に興味のある方
・論文読解程度の英語力

みなし労働時間:8時間/日
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

給与
年俸制 400万円~800万円
(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)
固定残業代:1年あたり128万円~256万円(固定残業時間:492時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
給与:応相談(固定残業手当41時間分を含む)
雇用形態:契約社員
※有期契約社員(1年) 1年後に双方良ければ正社員登用予定
